About Me
For nearly two decades, I've been immersed in the world of education. I’ve served students, teachers, leaders and families across DFW and nationwide. Currently, as Vice President of National Leadership Programs at Relay Graduate School of Education, I oversee instructional academies that train 600+ school leaders every year with over 87% reporting increased effectiveness and 91% satisfaction.
As a former teacher, principal, principal supervisor, and coach, I have witnessed the impact of trusting relationships and robust systems that support high-quality instruction, access, and nurture a sense of belonging. During my tenure as a principal, our team led student growth ranking in the top 5.6% statewide. With master's and Ph.D. degrees in Educational Leadership, I bring both practical expertise and academic knowledge.
Having called Coppell and Valley Ranch home for 19+ years, I hold a deep commitment to our community and its future. My 5-year-old daughter attends the Dual Language Immersion Program at Wilson Elementary, where I volunteer my time and connect with fellow community members. Our collective vision of a future filled with opportunities for ALL children unites us. I am invested in their dreams, in our community’s growth and prosperity, ensuring that every child thrives.
